We have started designing the in-game graphics now. Title is a "codename". Not sure it will be the release title. We don't want to give to much away by having a title that reveals to much about the game. This is another teaser on what to expect.

We have done a complete redesign of pura.no which was launced originally two years ago. A lot has happened with the profile we did back then and it has now grown into something we are very proud to be a part of. From brand, logo, reports, exhibition and web. And yes, it works on all the "i" devices :)

We are glad to announce that Sommerseth Design are going to have a two page tutorial on designing with the iPad. It will be a special, later this summer. More info will be released when the magazine have been published. We have made a little teaser for a selection of our best client and a reminder that "we give every pixel a new life" :)  A special thanks to "The Gorilla" for techniques on using Sub Polygon Displacement mapping in 3D space.

We are all very excited about the new version of Adrem Publish. We have celebrated by creating a completely new log in screen coupled with the logo rendered out in 3D. More images coming soon :)

We are trying out the new betaversion of Cheetah 3D (released last night). One of the new features we have welcomed is the particle system.

We have just delivered a massive annual report (102 pages) for SpareBank1 Volda, Ørsta, Herøy and Ulstein. More info and images coming soon.

As part of the new name launch for SpareBank1 Søre Sunnmøre, together with Lillian at the Volda dep. we have created a "new star". This 3D/comp will be on print in the local newspapers. Both the balloons and logo was created in 3D.   More info and images coming soon.

As part of launching the new profile and website for Sundt Arkitkter we have followed the "pixel effect" and created a teaser for what to expect from the new website. Enjoy!

We are waiting for the launch of Frogn kommune website. We have just delivered an illustration/comp which symbolizes the county with many of its trademarks. Heavy use of 3D and compositing.

We are in the process of designing logo, stationery, signage etc for the new SpareBank 1 Søre Sunnmøre. As part of that delivery we have made some artistic launch concepts. Combination of 3D and photo compositing. 

We have worked with Arsenal Norway for quite some time now, each year they give out 6 magazines. The Gunners Post has been developed and redesigned by Sommerseth Design to bring it up-to-date and increase readership. The magazine won a price in 2007.  

We have just delivered "a binary wave" in 3D. Everything successfully "comped" together to create this scene.

Casa Interior is about to launch it's own collection and we got the assignment of making the logo/brand that shall pride bags and glass.

Svøm deg til Kypros is a swimming competition in Norway, where regualar people should swim a distance in a selected time periode. The price  this year is a trip to Cyprus.

We worked with the NSF team to develop an overall 'feel' for Cyprus, the competition and the messages it should convey to swimmers of  Norway. 

The result:
 Our initial concept developed into a modern identity that takes in the essence of the competion in a  playful way. 

We did the corporate ID (brand name and design) for this new exciting company called eCondo. More information about the company will be published within the next weeks.

The idea was to convey the letter "e" done by different geometrical building blocks. Where as the "e" stands for "element" and "condo" derives from the latin word: build and in english the word "condo" is used when referring to apartment, housing.

A new brand, pin for Norwegian Swimming Federation. This symbol is a proof of your swimming skills. 

On assignment from Bulldoser Design we modelled and rendered this logo/signage in 3D.

While we wait we can only guess what the new iPhone will look like. Sommerseth Design have tried to design what might look like the new iphone.

We just wanted to take our new 3D modelling and rendering package for a spin and made this scene with the new iPod Nano.

We 3D modelled one of Høyang Polaris casseroles and showed of the 
patent pending function of the handle. 15 seconds. Aired at two of Norways 
largest television channels.

The facade was in desperate need of some makeover to turn the local shops around and make them more apparent. Heavy use of Photoshop made this possible.
